Dr Pargament did a brow pasty on me several months ago and said it would lift my eyelids and I wouldn’t have to redo them for 10 years. When he took the stitches out 10 days later, I had to make an appointment for 6 weeks later . At that appt he wanted me to make my second appt. for surgery to remove the excess skin on my eyelids. My question is “Why was that not my first surgery?” It takes him 2 surgeries to do what another Dr could do in one. Just saying.
