I own a business and I work temp jobs during the winter. I was placed here by Aerotek and had the worst employment experience of my life. Their idea of "training" is to put you on a new machine every single day and then have the team lead (who doesn't even speak English) come over hours later and tell you everything you're doing wrong. Then you have to redo everything you already did as well what's currently coming out of the machine because they can't train properly. They have an extremely high turnover rate.
