St Vincent de Paul Resale and More in Port Charlotte FL sells donated items in order to raise money to purchase food for our food pantry. We serve between 1600 and 1800 people per month! We just added a gift card and loyalty program to our store and reached out to PLASTIC PRINTERS for cards which will work with our retail POS system. I've had a terrible experience with PlasticPrinters, and DO NOT recommend them in any way. After some back and forth clearing up a confusion with the proof, they have gone radio silent once the work was approved. I am unable to look up the status of my order on their website, and no one has been able to provide me an update via email or phone. I have left repeated voicemails with their answering service, emailed them repeatedly, pleaded for an update, and it all goes unanswered. As of this writing, it's been 10 days since... read more

I own a marketing agency and website company. This is my first time using this company although my client Too Good To Be Threw has used them for many years. We were able to update their gift card to a new look with their new logo and payment and ordering was easy. Ashley, the rep I worked with was quick to respond and overall printing and shipping was fast too. It was a great experience and I would totally work with them again with other clients. Additionally, their cards work with my client's POS.
