What a mess. Our company needed some badge IDs printed. First, I tried submitting a contact request but the "Next" button didn’t work at all. I started over and clicked a different "Get Started" button, which led to another contact form, which failed again: clicking "Submit" took me to a "Page Not Found" error. I then tried calling their main customer service number.
