Outstanding patient care. Dr Shoen is an amazing surgeon. He takes his time to explain everything and listens to your concerns. He goes out of his way to assure his patients are pleased with their final outcome. His bedside manner is topnotch. All the ladies in his Metuchen office are amazing and caring. As of right now, I am incredibly frustrated with Swathi, the receptionist at this practice. When I called and made an appointment over two weeks ago I took the time to explain to her exactly what the insurance situation was (private medical insurance would be primary and then occupational policy would be secondary, picking up all out of pocket costs including copays, coinsurances, deductibles), I gave her the policy number, as well as a point of contact, fax number, email, all of the stuff? yet all of this went to waste beca... read more
