I would recommend going anywhere else for care. In my experience, Todd talked down to me and he came across as too busy to be compassionate during my interactions with him.
I would not recommend this location especially Dr Todd. They will get you when do your surgery and take your money and then they just never call you back after that. I miss one appointment due to covid and they stopped seeing me due to that and I've had issues with my stomach since my fat transplant since. I am going to be reporting this doctor's office to anywhere that I need to especially for the licensing place.. not only do I look worse than when I went in but they also have no compassion for their patients all he cares ... read more
Zero communication from the office. How this practice stays in business is beyond me. Left multiple messages and even visited in person and they still fail to respond. This has been going on for months not just recently. Looking for a new surgeon and will have to start the entire process over. For a service that charges a premium od sure hire an extra office staff person instead of the one girl you have. Super unprofessional.
