I have to the shop to buy plaster for my project the customer was too rude and did respect to request and just looking to computer and showed him busy.
We received an unsolicited invoice from this company, despite having no prior dealings with them. Upon calling to clarify the matter, we were met with extremely unprofessional conduct. The staff member was rude, confrontational, and refused to acknowledge our request to stop sending the invoice. Shockingly, we were even threatened with payment demands for a service we never engaged.
