Biggest waste of 2 hours of my time with no donation. No one wanted to do my new donor intake form and there was no available station at the time I entered the facility because two stations had not been processed yet. I was told I was "next". My file was passed around, put in the walk-in pile even though I had an appointment, and 2 hours after being passed over by later appointment times and another walk in, I was finally called. I told them my appointment time was 2 hours ago and left without giving a donation.
