Very slow service. Good news is they closed on 2/29/2016. They are no longer open at this location.
Worst customer service. They treat people like crap and told me last time I had to come back due to my blood pressure being high. And it was high cuz they called three people that came in after me. Then now they say we need a sample blood no donation today. Wasting my time...why didn't they say anything about that the other day... they are horrible
I used to go to another plasma donating center and this facility doesn't even compete. Here at grifols they are constantly telling me sorry for the wait. I went in today when it wasn't even busy and it still took 40 minutes just to get my vitals checked. If you don't want to waste half your day sitting around waiting to get called on then dont even bother. The staff is slow, they are undertrained, and it seems like everything is outdated.
Worst place I've ever been to they have terrible customer service they care a little for their customer is just a profit off the people the only time it's worth going is if you go knew every six months past that they care a little for you if you call with issues there snobby and treat you like you are worthless
