Never be able to make an appointment as receptionists never let me make an appointment with doctors .No medicine reviews not be able to see a doctor.Just wonder are they not letting their relatives or friends to see doctors?I dont think so.Just will ask and try see the practice manager ...I will make a complaint.
Plas-y-Bryn Medical Centre is completely useless when it comes to communication. Nobody ever answers the phone, making it impossible to book an appointment with a doctor over the phone. It's incredibly frustrating and shows a total lack of respect for patients' time and needs. That said, the doctors themselves are very kind and helpful once you manage to actually see them. Plas-y-Bryn Medical Centre is an absolute nightmare. Trying to get through to them on the phone is a complete joke — no one ever picks up, no matter how many times you call or how long you wait. It's honestly infuriating. How is anyone supposed to get medical help if they can’t even speak to someone?
To book an appointment is next to impossible. Receptionists are rude and not answering the phone.
