Dr shah saw my husband this afternoon with a medical problem .so so thankful to the doctor that saw hubby and listened to him and had a excellent manner about him ,so gratefull thank you
I,m a 24/7 a week sole carer looking after my mother etc.......when your given a over the phone consultation they don,t give a specific time....so by the time the dr actually phoned she was asleep etc...so didn,t have "enough" time to talk etc........if possible "better" for a specific time....so your "more" prepared etc....and have a decent amount of time to talk etc.......looking after an OAP "alone" is NOT easy....with little or NO support......

Its like they go out of their way to not help you. When you need something its always, "cant do that, or cant do this" Its meant to be there to help us not make our life more difficult. One of the worst run Doctors I have ever come across in my life.
