Very disappointed in the Quest lab process. Arrived as walk in at 8a, didn’t get called to back until after 8:30a. Waited a week for my results to show up on Quest portal and never did. Called the urgent care to get assistance. I got hung up on four times trying to verify they even drew the labs in question. Finally was told that if I brought in paper orders they don’t check the online system for additional orders. I was sadly disappointed that this beautiful facility was not adhering to masking recommendations for symptomatic patients. I called for Quest lab services ahead of time and told that daily lab pick up was "after 12" but upon arrival at 11:23; I was made to wait for more than 45 minutes when no one was there when I got there. The symptomatic patients arriving after me were not isolated nor asked to mask (I protected myself) as indicated on the sign at check-in. I appreciate the fast and efficient service when my granddaughter had to be seen this evening. Joel was a thorough provider with a kind bedside manner. Jennifer was an excellent nurse and very patient with my grandkids.
