On 8-4-26 I went in at 2am very ill barely could walk. One white male and one white female who I assume were nurses saw me on 3 rd floor. I was told I had Covid/Flu. I have never been treated like this in my life. The lack of empathy and compassion was unbelievable. I thought I was going to die. I could not drive even though I barely made it there on my own. I took my child to see Dr. Maria Cartagena for the first time and it was by far the worst visit we have ever experienced. She came in with preconceived notions based on the questions she was asking and statements she made. She assumed that we were sent by the school, that I didn't know what a head to toe examination is, that my child had never had one, as well as what I want for my child. Fast friendly service very good Doctors God forbid if any emergencies happen this is where you go for medical needs there is also a pharmacy in the medical center
