Many great selections at this nursery. Aurora was very easy to talk to and she was very responsive to questions. It was very refreshing to hear recommendations to fit my budget. Thank you so much.
Plants of Joy has been great to work with! We have purchased numerous plants through her and will purchase many more in the future. She has a wide variety to choose from and if she does not have what you need, she will track it down for you. She was able to rush plants when we needed and provided everything at a great price.
Updating my review: After many follow-ups over 2.5 months, we finally received our refund of nearly $300. While Aurora Joy did apologize—explaining the business is very old-school and struggles with technology—we remain disappointed by how long it took and how often our messages went unanswered. To reiterate, we placed a large order of over 70 plants. Delivery was delayed 5–6 days, during which we requested a few changes.
