Horrible costumer service.
I truly appreciate this place. It's a pleasure working with such genuine and trustworthy individuals.
They don't warranty their plants. nice plants overall but a little disappointing that they don't work with their customers if they deliver sub-par plants occasionally.
For trees and shrubs this is a place to come to. I have been buying their products for over 7 years and can say that, what we plant does not die. This is not a retail store, so if you want some tlc, attention, I would not recommend it. You mostly see contractors here.
