I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. I sent my landscaper to pick up a specific maple tree, but the staff gave him the wrong one. When I called to resolve the issue, they refused to accept a return, even going so far as to claim they don't sell the exact plant they just sold us. The customer service was dismissive, and they showed absolutely no interest in doing honest business or making it right. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere
Most people working here are very helpful and service oriented. Perhaps one or two stress a lot, and it shows up in their attitude sometimes, but I don't think they're rude. Overall, good people, good selection, decent prices. You'll pay a little more for the access and convenience, but they're better to work with than many others. It's wholesale and expected you know what you're doing, which is reasonable.
Broc, Trung, and the crew at Plants Northwest are all awesome and knowledgeable! They have a lot of options of beautiful plants and trees. Highly recommend!
