Terrible electric company. This month my bill was due Thursday June 3 . We had a death in the family. We dropped off payment Fri June 4 into their drop box. They waited to process payment until June 9th. On June 11 I received a disconnect notice even though the bill was paid on the 4th. They waited to process payment for 5 days so they could collect a $10 dollar late fee.
