This is the second time I’ve given this place a chance, and once again I left disappointed. I don’t understand why the barista always seems to be in a bad mood and has such a negative attitude. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the products.
Came in to pick up a print order at the PrintWithMe kiosk here. The printer was out of ink, which wasn’t the staff’s fault — but the way I was treated was. The only person working (a barista) didn’t greet me, showed no interest in helping, and when I tried to find the customer service number on the printer to sort it out, I was told to leave, aggressively. No effort to help or even let me make a call. Really disappointing service for an otherwise nice-looking spot.
Backyard coffee vibes are great. Friendly staff, chill environment and plenty of sitting.
