For your own sake, don't walk- RUN to Planted Aquaria. Or, use their excellent website and shipping services. I am not from Ontario, so I had to ship my tank. All the questions I had about the process were answered so quickly, and Mr./Ms. Tran was an absolute delight to converse with. Nice store. I bought a nerite snail, a hillstream loach and a mystery snail. The first 2 are doing well but the mystery snail died after 3 weeks. I left a review about it on the website and it was removed. I guess they only allow positive reviews. Take them with a grain of salt I guess.
Great place to buy young fish
One of the best aquarium stores in the GTA! Awesome service, you can tell they really care for animals.
I've mostly had good service from this pet store, helpful and answers my questions which I like, most of the fish I ordered where good, unfortunately I got a scarlet badis fish that wasn't healthy when it arrived and also had a flying fox fish that wasn't healthy either and pretty much died when it arrived, also didn't have any luck with the wizard snails, I did take a picture of the flying fox fish and sent the picture, don't remember to much what happened cause it was awhile ago but would have been nice to get a replacemen... read more
