How is it possible that after already renting the storage unit and bringing the scooter in several times, you suddenly decide to give me a hard time and say I can’t bring it in? Nowhere in your contract does it say scooters or bicycles cannot be stored. Terrible service. The service here is pretty good , Bill explained everything to us very thoroughly and the place is always kept clean , good storage place
