How is it possible that after already renting the storage unit and bringing the scooter in several times, you suddenly decide to give me a hard time and say I can’t bring it in? Nowhere in your contract does it say scooters or bicycles cannot be stored. Terrible service. And to Valentina (or whatever your name is): your job is to assist clients, not roll your eyes when someone asks for directions in a confusing facility layout. How is that possible that after already renting the storage and getting the scooter in a few times all of the sudden you just decided to bother me and say “you can bring the scooter in” I don’t understand a business that just decided to give a hard time to clients just because they feel like it!!!
