Have been here 2 years, no issues. They put in brand new roof, fixed elevators, and are on top of leaks and little things. The maintenance guy is really nice.
It is a.quiet place i love
Visited the facilities and was shocked by the conditions. Not obvious at first, but a closer look revealed building structural issues and a general lack of maintenance. Susan, the HOA rep was rude and offensive-smelling. Much better places for the price.
