Kept me waiting more than an hour while she was getting a massage inside her office. When she opened her office door she was in a leotard and a massage therapist with massage table in hand walked out. She walked in and out of waiting area not even acknowledging me. Once she finally dressed, Dr. Helene acknowledges me with a smile and a facade bubbly personality. It's like she thought she was invisible. No sorry/ excuse me. I highly recommend Dr. Helene Cohen & her associates. Helene is very caring & experienced; a true expert in counseling. She is a wonderful clinician & her office staff are very friendly. It is always a pleasure to refer to Helene & her office.
Struggling with relationship and other personal issues a few years ago, I was so fortunate to find a therapist as professional as Dr. Cohen. She guided me with empathy and logic to an understanding of my past poor choices and bad decisions. Today I am in a happy relationship and I lead a healthy life and because of her coaching I now pursue personal interests with previously untapped passion. Dr. Cohen absolutely changed my life! I had an addiction problem for many years. She was able to talk with me about the underlying causes of my addiction in a way in which no other therapist had been able (I had been to several others).
