1-Star Review Very unprofessional and disrespectful experience with Plantation Pool LLC. I called to discuss when someone could come out to service my pool, and I was given no clear appointment time. I was told he might call me two hours before arriving, or possibly come tomorrow morning. That is not a professional way to schedule a service appointment or respect a customer’s time. I contacted Plantation Pools to repair a jacuzzi pump in my house. They were very fast (next day service) and Leslie was very effective coordinating the job. Alan (the manager, who did the job himself) and Jeff (the electrician) were EXCELLENT. They were so good that I asked Alan to start servicing my pool and jacuzzi from now on. They even have an app through which they track and report the work done and the condition of your pool on a weekly basis. Excellent company. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional

I’ve had a great experience with Plantation Pools. They’ve been consistently reliable, professional, and easy to work with. My pool is always clean and well-maintained, and I never have to worry about whether service was completed. Communication has been smooth, and any questions or requests are handled quickly. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for dependable pool service in the Plantation area.
