I was a resident for a couple of years.. Unfriendly and unresponsive staff. Owners are distant. There were multiple issues that had been going on for months, including broken air conditioning in the Florida summer, constantly malfunctioning elevators (the building has seven stories!) So I called the state regulators. When the state people arrived, the problems were all fixed in 24 hours! Why weren't these repairs done months before when the problems first appeared?
I love it here. I finally have a new place to live.
There is not enough staff for the number of residents in the memory care unit. The care is substandard.
