This assisted living facility provides inadequate and concerning care, especially for residents in memory care. The hallways are dark, smell unpleasant, and the resident rooms are smaller than dorm rooms. The environment feels neglected and depressing. The facility does not employ nurses or CNAs, which means residents are unable to receive even the most basic medical attention and daily care they need. My wife and I had to put my sister in law into the memory care. The nurses and staff do so much interacting with her and every day they take her out for a walk and do crafts,dance etc.I cannot explain how happy and pleased we are with the care she’s getting it is a great facility and my wife and I highly recommend it.
Plantation Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care has been an incredible place for my mother over the past three years. The administration and caregivers consistently provide services with such compassion and respect, making the residents feel truly cared for.
