I just off the phone with my fiance…..we have a 6 month warranty . The mechanic that was supposed to fix our driver side rear window quit the same day we purchase the vehicle in cash because they was not paying him enough. So they told us to come back when the part comes in. Long story short now they refuse to fix the window that they verbally said they would fix and cover the cost under the warranty (which legally is an agreement) and also confirmed via paperwork.
