We stayed here a week. The room was extremely small. The Fox News channel had no sound the entire week. We complained daily and they actually wanted us to stay and talk to their internet provider !? Since it was cold and rainy a good part of the week - this was a super inconvenience.
Construction on-site without notification was a bit disappointing. Great location. Present atmosphere.
Older units with some updates. Nice pools, pool area and hot tubs. Somewhat quirky rules and limited parking, but usually a good value when you catch a sale. Noise between units is noticeable but tolerable. Watch what day you check in, it changes the which building you occupy. This effects your access to an elevator and ocean view.
