Dr. Bass was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout my IUD appointment. He explained the procedure clearly, answered questions without judgment, and did not dismiss or minimize my concerns. The insertion itself was done smoothly and with care. I felt listened to and supported, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. I would recommend Dr. Bass to anyone looking for a provider who is straightforward, competent, and respectful.
Unfortunately I have taken to google as no one will call back for a follow up after my annual exam. I have left at least 3 messages in a week. I called one day and the lines were not working. I have follow ups needed and when I left Dr. Bass he said, "we are here for you". This does not seem to be the case. I have been going for quite a few years. This is supremely frustrating based on how I am feeling. I shall seek consultation elsewhere to fix the issues.
The best OB/Gyn I've ever had. He took care of me through Uterine fibroid in my 20's-30's, gave me a myomectomy in my 30's so we could get pregnant, gave me C- Sections for two healthy baby boys (2 years apart), gave them both perfect circumcisions, and has now taken care of me with novasure for painful, heavy and abnormal bleeding in my late forties.
