Bought 3 years ago, the neighborhood is kept up with and looks very nice. If you are elderly and don't do much this is great for you. Nice and quiet, pool (unfortunately no longer heated) is not usually packed. Ample guest parking, which for me is extremely important. No flooding near the buildings or parking. It rains a lot and you are able to get to your car normally.
