Took my Ford Edge 2016 because it would not crank and when jumped, it began to idle down and the battery eventually went dead. My husband and dad said it was the alternator. Plantation Ford said it was the battery. Autozone tested and it's good. Autozone suggested we get the alternator and started tested. Couldn't that day because it rained all day but I am getting both tested before I drive far from home. My oil change and tire rotation were done with no problem.
Brought my car in for a recall, and a complaint about the head unit. Demonstrated the problem with the head unit. I asked them for a loaner. They didn’t have one. I asked them to at least give me a ride back to my house while my car gets fixed. They don’t offer that so it cost me 50 bucks to get a recall taken care of on my truck great. On top of all that the head unit was not fixed.
My vehicle was picked and delivered to me with no hassle the process was very smooth the customer service was very great and so was my pick up driver
