I came to the Firestone plantation yesterday and was completely priced gouged and given the wrong information about my vehicle and the issue was never addressed. I went with a battery concern because my car wasn’t starting. I was told my battery was fine but yet was still charged $145 fee just to run diagnostics on my car, but I was never provided with a battery test or the results of a battery test for them to Standby that my battery wasn’t the issue so I paid them and asked them are you sure it’s not my battery….They reass... read more
