The office was lovely. The staff welcomed me and helped check my information for accuracy. My hygienist was so nice and had a real interest in me in our discussions. Will be transferring our family to this Dentistry
They cancelled my appointment because I didn’t confirm it when they sent me a text message. But 1. no one told me I have to confirm that. 2. They didn’t send me messages before for my appointments at all. I’ve been there like 5 times already. I asked to send me a reminder. I drove 50 min in traffic to my appointment, and she cancelled it. My kids didn’t go to school because of this! It’s too much.
