The office was very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was thorough and answered all of my health related questions in a detailed easy to understand way. The staff was able to help me find a rebate to save $250 on contacts. Would highly recommend this office.
My experience at TriCounty Eye Associates was generally positive. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was clean and well-organized. However, I was a bit disappointed with the wait time for my appointment. Despite scheduling for 9:45 AM, I wasn't called back until 10:25 AM, and I didn't see the doctor until just before 11:00 AM, which was a brief 5-minute evaluation. Would highly recommend Tricounty Eye Associates. Dr Metzler was amazing. She was very friendly and very informative. Christina was so nice and very good at what she does. Overall great experience.
