I’m currently building a house w them. They build quality home but w me recent experience it w design was complicated by communications caused by the sales person’s personal vision. This is just my opinion. The home is well built and beautiful just wish communication was better and that my concerns weren’t just addressed better but addressed. Especially the ones during the design phase.

Communication issues with the sales side bc they promise the moon only to come up empty handed or just more often just ignore you. Very well built home just wish we had a little more outside of the box thinking and less tunnel vision.

I’m currently building a house w them and the salesman suggested I not finish the build w them on my own home bc I don’t bring positivity to the project. This comes from me expressing to him that communication has been difficult and as a result the end product is his vision not mine or my family’s. He is very insulted I’m not happy with the final product. I do not recommend using them when it comes to design.
