Complete disregard for customer service. We were informed that we could have all service done at the Palm Beach Gardens location even though we purchased the boat in the Keys. Upon contacting Carrie in service, we received nothing but attitude and annoyance from her. She continuously put us off, would not return phone calls and once we were finally able to get her to provide us with someone for our 20 hour service, she gave us a third party contractor who doesn't specialize in Yamaha motors and charges twice what a local ... read more
We purchased a 2021 Sea Hunt 27 Escape 5 weeks ago. We have already made a payment and do not have possession of our boat. Plantation Boat Mart is a Nightmare!! They do not deliver on their promises.
I bought a boat from them in 2015 but this week when I needed some help on servicing the boat nobody wanted to help. I have spent three days talking with three different people in their service/parts department who all promised to get back with me, one even said within a half an hour. BUY YOUR BOAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is day five, still waiting. Just so you know, my GPS has broken and I need a repair/replacement/installation.
Service is horrid. Vicky cannot schedule, communicate or tell the truth. She thinks a 1 hour 20 hour engine service takes 8 hours instead of 1 and that it is OK to do this service 2 months after you reach the 20 hours. She told me all my warranty parts are in and then told my salesperson they were not. Who did she lie to? The owner didn't mention to the sales staff or receptionist that he was leaving the country for an extended vacation and has no one monitoring his email or voicemail.
