I was transferred today from the hospital to this location very bad location. They don’t even come to the room right away. They don’t even pronounce themselves to you then when they come in, they said they’re gonna come back and take some an hour to two hours for them to come back. I was in a room with this lady. I feel so bad for her. I got there at 3:30 she’s been asking to go use the restroom. She needs assistance. She cannot stand by herself. I am really enjoying the facility I have been here for a few months, I love that Jaileen checks on me all the time
