I am writing this to expose the severe medical neglect at this facility that led to my father's passing. While management does a great job selling the image of top-notch care, the actual treatment is nonexistent. Red flags appeared immediately. Staff left my dad ungreated in a room for 45 minutes upon arrival, and asking for help was very difficult. I was transferred today from the hospital to this location very bad location. They don’t even come to the room right away. They don’t even pronounce themselves to you then when they come in, they said they’re gonna come back and take some an hour to two hours for them to come back. I was in a room with this lady. I feel so bad for her. I got there at 3:30 she’s been asking to go use the restroom. She needs assistance. She cannot stand by herself.
