Update February 2025: Just realized that not only are we responsible for paying all utilities through the respective companies (this is fine), we're now paying for the utilities for the common areas. As well as a utility fee, which doesn't make sense..... I'm waiting for the fee fie fo fum fee since they're playing in our face.
Nice apartment, clean, pleasant and comfortable in all aspects. If you are looking for a place to live. I recommend them to you 100%. Apart from the fact that it is centrally located. School's shops are nearby. The liquor is from the neighbor
