I am so disappointed. I have used this place for a few years and have always had a good experience—until today. The tech was very rude and unwelcome. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m., but I got there 5 minutes earlier. She said, “ Next time, come on time!” I was shocked by how she talked to me. The lady at the desk was very nice, and I could tell she didn't know what to say. I will definitely look for a new place.
