I’ve had a really positive experience with the park manager here. I brought up an issue with noise from nearby vehicles, and she handled it respectfully and took it seriously. While it’s not completely gone, it has definitely improved, and I appreciate the effort she put into addressing it. She was easy to talk to, understanding, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. That kind of communication goes a long way. Overall, I’m happy with how things were handled and grateful for her willingness to step in and help.
Loud base at all hours of the day. Dead trees hanging over houses. Manager hasn't been a big help lately and is hardly ever in the park anymore.
Lydia is totally awesome! She helped me with an issue with no complaints. I've been at Plantation Acers for over 20 years and Its a wonderful place
