This is the worst ran assisted living facility that I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here. I have been trying to get out of the Plantation for over 6 months and finally I'm being kicked out for questioning the manager and administrator about how they continue to prey on their residents and their money. Scary…..
They provide meals and medication, but the rooms are that of an old motel. If you have a loved one and you are looking for superior living quarters, this is not your place. If you have a family member who has a low income and needs a place to live, this is a good place. They will feel cared for and maybe even loved as the owner knows everyone by name. I can call there and they will bring my family member to the phone, this service I like. And once in a while if they go into the hospital they will call me.
