Had the displeasure of dealing with Nyitiba Ishaya for a script appointment over the phone. He is the most arrogant and just downright nasty person I have ever dealt with. Continuously changing what he said in the same conversation as was more interested in disagreeing regardless of the conversation and ended up hanging up on me without even doing anything apart from trying to start a problem. Absolutely disgraceful. Was marked as "Not attending" despite going up to the service desk a full 15 minutes before my appointment. Worst doctors experience in my life. Would recommend anyone to stay away from this miserable dump. 0/10
