I live out of state and ordered a plant for my niece in Seattle. Everyone I corresponded with at Plant Shop was extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Customer service was poor from the person with the orange highlights. He/She didn’t acknowledge anyone coming in and was fixated on their cellphone. If you wanted to you could of stole stuff because that person showed they didn’t care.
