Poor parking - I would give this place a much higher rating if it were not for the parking, or lack of it. Today I witnessed 2 people screaming at each other face-to-face over a parking spot, 2 old ladies heckling at me for some strange reason and a line-up of cars just waiting for someone to leave and cutting each other off. In addition, to add the cherry on the sundae, a bylaw officer was driving around just itching to give another ticket. Ugh - the Staff and new manager - entitled and unfriendly. Okay good news is - the gym is a cute little open space with great windows and well maintained, efficient very old equipment. Tax dollars at work. The younger part timers are awesome but the cranky weekday window “greeters” (still behind a massive Covid era power wall divider) could use a little direction. I'm obviously in a wheelchair. I go swimming quite often I paid. I got changed the way the accessible gender-neutral change room is, is that you have to drive your electric wheelchair down between the showers, even though it's so big wet, they're supposed to let you in from the hallway. They knew I was there. The head guard knew I was there. She was heading into a meeting. She supposedly told her staff to let me in. I guess they figured I was too much of a risk.
