I ordered flowers from one of those on-line places, and they used Plant Place & Flower Basket to send the order. Not only where the plants I ordered not the plants that were delivered, I had specifically requested three Get Well balloons be sent to help cheer up a friend who had just had surgery. There were no balloons, and had my friend not showed me a picture, I would not have known it. I paid extra for the balloons, and while I was refunded from the place I ordered from, the florist refused to go and deliver the balloons ... read more

The best flowers and service. I called recently on a Saturday afternoon and needed 7 funeral arrangements delivered the next day (sunday). The flowers were delivered perfectly and every arrangement was beautiful and fresh. There was nothing about the experience I could not have been more pleased with. The woman on the phone was most helpful and she went to extra lengths to ensure I was happy during a very difficult time. I would recommend them to everyone to use .

i called to have flowers delivered before 9 in the morning. i specifically told them it should be before 3pm because my wife leaves work at 3pm. First, they delivered the flowers late around 5:pm. i called for a refund and they were very rude about it, plus i was on hold on the phone forever. i had to wait for days for my refund and i did not get all my money so i called the bank to dispute the charge. PLEASE save your money.
