Ordered the Cotton Candy Mango. Received a 12 inch tree was supposed to be 3 feet tall. Very expensive for what you get, please read all reviews before you order this company is selling very small plants for an outrageous amount of money. Did not bother to try and contact them after reading other reviews. I have had better luck buying used cars.

I ordered a red hog plum and a yellow hog plum and I paid $90 per fruit tree. I thought it was a good deal and thought The trees they where going to send me where going to be at least a 4 footers. I receive my trees today and both hog plums are almost dead or half dead I’m not sure, and they barely measure 12 inches which think is ridiculous. Just wanna say I dig PLANTOGRAM!! I had the pleasure of chatting with Abaigeal K. She was sooo helpful! She triple checked with staff and selected the best looking tree from the bunch. She didn't just to her job ...she went beyond! She took customer service to another level!

I don't know what's going on, are they still in business? This is the first time I order fruit trees from them, I never received order confirmation email. When I call them, 3 times in 3 different days, all 3 calls went to voice mails. No one returned my calls. That force me to wonder if this is just a scam. Pretty bad experience from customer's point of view. It's been over 10 days, I hope of getting hold of their staff is over. I have no choice but demand for full refund if I can figure out who to reach out to.

I called regarding the two plants/trees I receive. Both were partially dead. I called and they were only willing to give me credit for one even though the photos I sent them showed them how horrible condition they both were. She said she was going to credit me back. I didn’t realize it was a actually credit to their online website not my money back. The tree was packaged very well and quite healthy. For what it cost, I would not be remiss if I expected instructions to be included since a custard apple tree is not something that one can pick up at your big box stores. To make matters worse, I left a message for a callback yet a week later, no response. Obviously customer service is not a priority. Buyer beware.......
