Terrific stop for beautiful and healthy plants with appreciated advice on plant care from Matthias the owner. Also, a lot of interesting other items including creative pottery by Cary Lane and vintage albums. A real gem of a shop!

This is one of the best stores I’ve been to & shopping experiences that I’ve had in years. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, the inventory is thoughtfully curated, and the prices are very affordable. I usually expect to see less common plants with big price tags at little shops like this, but I was delightfully surprised to find several plants I’ve been desiring for years, all with prices I’d expect to see at a box store like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Though I love plants, I'm not knowledgeable in the correct lighting, the proper drainage, etc. Matthis was incredibly helpful in guiding my selections. He listened to me describe the areas in which I want plants, the lighting available, and my wants - oh, that's a cute plant :) - to help me get the right plants for our home. I highly recommend stopping by Plant Mode for your next plant design.

You could say I'm a regular at Plant Mode, and Matthis probably wouldn't disagree! This is my go-to spot in town, especially if you want a step up from a Big Box store. Love Matthis, he's always happy to consult and/or chat. Best prices, curated selection, and he'll grab a request at no extra cost to you. Ask him about doing business plant maintenance or potting something up for you! Can't recommend Plant Mode enough.

Great plants and excellent friendly customer service pair nicely with a very cool vibe at this local shop. Reasonable prices, healthy plants, good music, and even more fun stuff from local artists. Shop local. Shop at Plant Mode!
