I had a recently purchased tree completely defoliate and have not been able to get a response from them either by email or phone, they do not answer emails and no one has picked up a call. Update, even though they are difficult to get a hold of the original tree is thriving and my top producer, so good quality product.

You can never get hold of the company when you need them. I emailed them 3 times, called them numerous times and no one got back to me for more than a month. This is not good. Update. I wrote to the parent company Simpson Nursery and finally got part of the issues resolved. And I am still waiting for my store credit. Second update. They helped me getting replacement trees. Their tree qualities are superb...always potted, and always have leaves. Even though you have to pay for the shipping $15 per plant. I am updating review.

This company does not stand behind their plants. If a plant arrives dead or dies shortly after they charge you for a replacement. You don't even get the first replacement.
