Very friendly
We came in on short notice looking for an arrangement for my fathers gravesite. They didnt have anything we liked so the lady offered to make us one. She also called their Milford location and had one brought up from there. We left and an hour later have a beautiful arrangement to leave for my father!!
This shop is GREAT. The designer made a beautiful arrangement for me that was very modern and stylish and lasted much more than a few days, which I can't say about another shop in the area. This shop is relatively new, but they're doing a great job and have a lot more than flowers. It's not a garden center, though. That's more at their Milford location, but I was told I can get anything sent to the Dover store that I want and they even sent me photos, going out of their way to make me happy. Hands down fantastic customer service-they searched for the bamboo plant I wanted, and ordered 3 for me to chose from. They were so kind and helpful and came through with delivery on the day I wanted (called on a Saturday, plant was delivered Tuesday.) I will definitely use them for future plant or arrangement choices and highly recommend checking them out.
