Tried to add an extra $20/$30 thousand ontop of the original verbal quote/estimation. Very poor landscaping, very poor turf prep and install with ankle deep trenches after not compacting post irrigation install. No profile shaping done at all and no consideration for drainage. The only positive was they did attempt and offer to correct the poor installation, but at the price paid it should have been done to a proffesional standard the first time. Plantem - I had high expectations with this company as they had good reviews, but sadly I must be the odd one out. For nearly 11k, I expected much better and I am really disappointed with this service. It felt like this job meant nothing to them. Communication was poor with little to no advance notice or consultation as to when they were going to come. Rocked up one morning unannounced to start the job then got upset when the dog was in the yard even though we had no warning to make arrangements. They then threatened to leav... read more
