I have been there 3 times previously without issue. Today as soon as I walked up to the window the lady said that this is private, we don't take/need the tax papers. I said I had been there 3 times before and she told me that I had never been there before............ When I got home I spoke to my neighbor who has also dropped there in the past. Been coming for years, they don’t take household/class 3 anymore, their add on fees are 15% on top of dump fees 73$ per ton for c&d they are almost 50% more than others in the area. their loader drivers are aggressive and angry. GFL has ruined paragon, I won’t be back.
Total rip-off for a 12-yard dumpster—$303. They don't pay attention to the weight; they focus more on the yardage. My container only held wood, and I truly regretted going back. I do not recommend it.
