Best vegan restaurant I've ever eaten to! The wait staff is fabulous. We often have Megan who is wonderful, so accomodating with our million requests! I don't like beets, but their beets are SO delicious! And the blondie... you have to get this as a dessert, it is SO fabulous!
Plant is the source of all goodness(in Ashville). If you’re into presentation or eating food that looks good, this is the place. Not only did it look good, the flavors of deliciousness were absolutely fantastic. The service was super sweet and had our order completed and brought out within 10 minutes. Indoor area is smaller and clean and they do have outdoor seating. The food is $25-$40 but worth every penny. And I haven’t even told you the best part…it’s 100% vegan and plant based! INCREDIBLE! We had the broccolini special, lion steak tostadas, ravioli, and curry, and everything was truly spectacular. The mocktails and sodas are also delicious. This meal was incredible all around and Plant is certainly the best vegan restaurant we’ve been to. It will be a regular stop on our trips to Asheville!
Truly phenomenal vegan food done right! Plant completely blew us away—the energy here is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the food is next-level. Every single dish was a masterpiece: Raw Vegan Lasagna: Absolutely exceptional. You can tell they timed it perfectly for tomato season because all of the produce was incredibly fresh and vibrant.
