Hi, I am the niece of one of your elderly patients. My 80-year-old great aunt went to the dentist who back home in tears after the hygienist yelled at her simply for asking about the treatment she needed. She is elderly and requires guidance and patience, not humiliation. I had an amazing experience at Plano Top Dental Implant and Orthodontics! The staff is friendly and professional.The front desk was so helpful and made everything stress-free. The orthodontic assistants were caring and made me feel comfortable. Dr. AlKhoury is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best braces option for me.
